I've been using heading 4 as a type of callout, which probably isn't best practice for SEO. So I really don't need heading 4 at all. Instead, I'd like to have a few different callout styles. I could just code them similarly to how I use the callouts in HelpScout (?). Just let me know what would work best. Here's what I'm thinking - quote
